Read, Bitch! READ!

I've known since I first got a Multnomah County library card five years ago that this is the best library system in the U.S., and back then I used it to watch most of Kurosawa's films and read pretty much every book that I read while I last lived here. Since I moved back, I've sadly ignored it. Now, I resolve to use it to the utmost. Because who knows how much longer I'm gonna live in this god damn city?

So, as long as I reside here, I'm gonna read one book a week, most of which I'll get from the library. I'll use books from my shelf if I inadvertently leave a gap in my library reserves. By the weekend, I'lll catch you up on what I've sucked down so far and what's coming up.
